Our Team
Kathy Frazar, DDS
While Dr. Frazar was always interested in the field of medicine, she was drawn to dentistry because of its combination of science and artistry. After receiving her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston, she began her practice in the Bellaire and West University area in 1989.
Dr. Frazar is dedicated to providing her patients with the best care that dentistry has to offer. She has attained the prestigious level of LVI graduate in cosmetics curriculum at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Her dedication to pursuing the latest developments and technology in dentistry has earned her a Fellowship at the Academy of General Dentistry. She is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Greater Houston Dental Society.
Dr. Frazar’s commitment to excellence has earned her praise. Both H magazine and Texas Monthly have named her as one of the top doctors in Houston year after year. Her dental expertise has been featured on CNN, ABC, NBC, and other media outlets. She has also been recently named Top Doctor for Women by H Magazine. She has also been featured as the doctor performing smile makeovers on the Deborah Duncan Show. She has been treating battered women in the Smile for Life program. She recently completed dental treatment on Carolyn Thomas. Carolyn was the faceless woman recently featured on Discovery Health Channel. She has also performed on Oprah and Discovery Health Series.
Dr. Frazar volunteers her time with the Girl Scouts, the Humane Society, the Delta Gamma Group, and other charitable organizations in the Houston area. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, as well as exercising and traveling.
Dr. Warren
Periodontist & Implant Surgeon
A specialist in gum disease and dental surgery, Dr. Sharon Warren brings more than 15 years of dental experience to the practice. Working hand in hand with Dr. Frazar, she has the ability to make decisions on the spot during surgery, eliminating the guesswork of achieving the dentist’s goals. Dr. Warren performs all periodontal surgeries, implant surgeries and major exodontia.
A native of Jamaica, Dr. Warren attended University of the West
Indies and Howard University in Washington, D.C. She then received
her D.D.S. from Columbia University in New York. Completing her residency
at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, Dr. Warren practiced
dentistry for three years in Houston before completing her periodontal
residency at Oregon Health Science University and receiving a Masters
degree in Science, simultaneously.
The Dental Team
Our Houston dental practice has a very unique combination of doctors and available services. Since a majority of the adult population has periodontal disease and periodontal disease leads to tooth loss, we have a periodontal specialist, Dr. Sharon Warren, on our team. If you are diagnosed with moderate to severe periodontal disease or require an implant to replace a missing tooth, in most dental practices, you will be referred out to see a periodontal specialist.
In our practice Dr. Warren will solve your periodontal problems without having to go to another practice. We know it is a difficult task in today's busy society to find a comfortable dental home, let
alone two. That is why we can solve most of your problems in our office.

Sabrina - Hygienist
Sabrina is a Native Texan from Dickinson, Texas. She is a graduate of the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston. She has been working as a dental hygienist for Dr. Frazar since 2001.
Sabrina is passionate about her work because it gives her opportunity to help patients of all ages achieve and maintain good dental hygiene as well as a great smile. She is very compassionate towards others and is a very friendly individual.
When she is not working, Sabrina spends her spare time with her family, friends, and her cat Callie. Her hobbies include working out, shopping and reading novels.
Jessica - Office Administrator
Jessica is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana and has been working in the dental field for 8 years as a New Patient Coordinator, Managing Director, and Treatment Coordinator. Jessica takes pride in her position considering she is the first person a new patient speaks to and visits with as they enter our practice. "My number one priority is our patients. I see that all of their needs and questions are met and answered with the highest level of quality and comfort."
Erin - Treatment Coordinator
Erin was born and raised in Houston, Texas and has been in the dental field for 5 years. She completed her understudies at University of Texas. She enjoys working with Dr. Frazar because of their mutual passion for changing patients' smiles to improve their personal attitude and zest for life.
Cathy - Business Administrator
Cathy was born and raised in Houston Texas. She is currently pursuing her bachelors in human resource management while taking care of all aspects of our patients business needs. She is not only the friendly voice that answers your calls, but greets you promptly when you visit the practice.
Cathy enjoys shopping with her friends, working out regularly,
and curling up with a good book.
